Privacy Policy

We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your personal information. We will never sell or share your information. During the order process we collect your name, email, shipping and/or mailing address, payment details and phone number. This information is kept solely to communicate with you about your order, send design proofs where required, to notify you of changes to our business or policies and to advise you of sales or new product launches. Once your order is complete you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us by phone or email or by using the unsubscribe button, where provided.



Cancellation Policy

We understand that on occasion a customer may need to cancel an order. Since we require payment in full before we begin a job, if you cancel your order after we start the artwork or after we order the materials, we will keep payment for same plus a 15% admin fee.

Non-customized orders may be cancelled before the shipment is sent or before the item is picked up at our store. The Admin Fee applies to all cancelled orders and will not exceed $40.00 (+) plus the materials ordered &/or the artwork charges incurred.

The balance remaining will be refunded to the customer using the same method of payment as the original payment was made to us. We encourage customers to be sure they want the item before they place an order to avoid paying additional fees by cancelling an order.



Return Policy

We strive to satisfy our customers and will make every effort to correct our mistakes. Notify us immediately if you notice any errors or omissions. Returns will not be considered unless notification is given within 10 days of the ship date or 2 days for items picked up at our store. We will work quickly to remedy any issues that we caused. If the customer approved an incorrect proof, no recourse for compensation is offered or implied.

Printed items cannot be returned unless incorrect items were received. Clothing items must be unworn and in clean, new condition. Return shipments are at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will only be credited if a replacement item is ordered and the error was our mistake.



Artwork Policy

If the customer provides a logo, artwork, photograph or any other graphic or document to us to print or apply to our products, the customer represents that they have obtained permission for it's use. The burden of determining whether or not any graphic is protected rests solely with the customer, as we are acting only as a print provider in the transaction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities or refuse service for orders which we deem to be in violation of this Policy.

Purchasing any product from us with our designs or graphics on them does not imply any right to use our Intellectual Property or to copy or reproduce our designs in whole or in part, in any way.
